Currently, all utilities except heat are the resident's responsibility and are not included in your rent.

Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact the local provider. For all other utilities such as water and trash, those are managed through Conservice, and they’ll be applied to your ledger.

You can use Xfinity for Internet and cable services.

While we don’t have traditional amenities, our intimate community is within walking distance of the Mississippi Walking Trail, where you can enjoy a refreshing run or bike along the riverbank.

Yes, parking is available, though it is limited.

Some apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, and we also provide a shared laundry facility onsite—a great way to meet your neighbors while you do your laundry!
